Rubicon Grove Redevelopment
Our site visit to OneCare’s Rubicon Grove redevelopment in Port Sorell yesterday showed some exciting progress, with the whole build running a good week ahead of programme.
The slab has been poured for the new resident wing, with framing for the bedrooms going up, and placement of precast panels and trusses fitted to the first half of the building.
The builder (Vos Construction & Joinery P/L) is due to start pouring the slab for the community and tea rooms next week.
