In association with PSC of Brisbane as design and documentation architects, we provided full on-site service during construction in accordance with the DOJIR accepted ‘Queensland Model’ of built form management principles.
Under the principles of “Relationship Contracting”, BPSM with PSC worked closely with the client initially and then with the Project Manager and contractors John Holland/Fairbrother through the documentation and on-site construction stages. To ensure quality of construction, we attended site every day.
Lead up to on-site works included prototyping accommodation and materials testing.
