The Bridge Inn, Richmond

Bridge Inn is a sympathetic addition to the 19th century, highly atmospheric complex of buildings situated in Bridge Street, including the acclaimed Saddlers Court Gallery.

Designed as a retail grouping, the concept was based on the street form, building scale, texture and streetscape of the earlier building stock while not mimicking what is already there.  The new street edges, pathways and courtyards extends the exploratory walk through the site .
