Construction is progressing at the Freeman Estate in Kingston, Tasmania. Works are now coming out of the ground and the slabs are being poured, with the final pours for units 1, 2 and 3 due this week. Walls have started to go up on the other units, with the rest of the construction works coming along rapidly. Read more
Rubicon Grove Construction Phase
The Rubicon Grove Aged Care Extension project is in two parts – the first part is currently under construction, which will create an additional residential wing for the complex, with flexible spaces that allow for both aged care or hospital step-down care. The architecture builds upon the existing ‘country club’ form with soaring roofs and long low wings. Read more
