This Wild Lab Refit & Sample Storage Projects is part of a major redevelopment for the Australian Antarctic Division in Kingston, Tasmania. A 3-stream team structured approach has been adopted for the 3 separate sub-projects: Wild Lab Refit; Formalin Sample Store; and Ultra-low Freezer Enclosure. The 3 projects will be running in parallel to each other and sharing consultant resources, requiring a streamlined and cohesive communication and design process.
