Allison Residence, Sandy Bay

The Allison Residence project came about after a it was discovered that a poorly built extension on this 1930’s Sandy Bay home was significantly water damaged and was in desperate need of repair.
BPSM Architects designed and re-built a brand new, contemporary extension, housing a bright and modern kitchen and living areas on the ground floor, and a rumpus room for the children, on the floor above. The newly built spaces take full advantage of their sunny, northerly aspect which overlooks a lush backyard.
