The redevelopment of the aged care and senior’s living facility encompasses a new 20-bed residential wing, renovations to the kitchen and laundry, a new meeting and community facility with cafe and al fresco dining, and an extension to the existing carpark. Construction is progressing at the Freeman Estate in Kingston, Tasmania. Works are now coming out of the ground and the slabs are being poured, with the final pours for units 1, 2 and 3 due this week. Walls have started to go up on the other units, with the rest of the construction works coming along rapidly. Read more
